10 Week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge Starts September 9th, 2019

Ladies, with the kids back in school, it’s time to get your workout routine back on track! Join us at Time For Change Personal Training and Fitness Group for the 10 Week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to improve your overall health. You’ll do this by gaining lean muscle mass, losing fat, and improving your nutrition and water intake.
This challenge makes it easier for you to commit and see results because there’s a team of women who have similar life circumstances, priorities, and goals who sign up and dedicate their time to working out right along-side you.

Join this challenge and register in person with me the week of September 9th – 13th. This will include a weigh-in, body composition analysis, and fitness goals sheet. It’s a $15 buy-in for the 10 Week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge. At the end of the 10 weeks, the person with the highest % of weight loss will have earned the cash prize from everyone’s buy-in.

It’s REQUIRED that you attend at least once per week my ladies only Time For Change Fitness Groups in Frederick/Firestone/Niwot, OR you’re a mobile personal training client, which is a separate cost from the buy-in for the challenge itself (see my website for details). It’s also required that you RSVP online for my fitness groups to reserve your spot in advance. The link to RSVP and reserve your spot for class is on my website below. Here are the dates you can register in person for the challenge:
• Monday Sept 9th, Frederick, register at 6:30pm and attend fitness group at 7pm.
• Tuesday Sept 10th, Niwot, attend fitness group at 8:30am, register after at 9:30am.
• Wednesday Sept 11th, Firestone (new location/space limited), register before group at 6:30pm and attend fitness group at 7pm.
• Friday Sept 13th, Niwot, attend fitness group at 8:30am, register after at 9:30am.

*Final weigh-ins for this challenge will be held the week of November 18th-22nd.
