Sunflower Bank Providing More SBA Loans More Quickly
Sunflower Bank recently earned SBA Preferred Lender status by proving our successful track record and documenting our thorough understanding of SBA lending policies and procedures. Under the Preferred Lenders program (PLP), the SBA gives select lenders more authority to process, close, service, and liquidate SBA-guaranteed loans. NEW SERVICE at Carbon Valley Integrative Therapies
Microneedling {Now through September only $200, FREE LED Light Therapy Upgrade}
Microneedling works by enhancing the body’s natural processes. A group of micro needles vibrates across the skin surface, piercing it with vertical movements. Thousands of micropunctures stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which plays a crucial role in the development of happy and healthy skin. Microneedling can have amazing results. Since it is minimally invasive, it has been proven to rejuvenate skin and has a much faster recovery time than other skin treatments like the ILP laser or chemical peels. Microneedling has been shown to be effective in treating a diverse range of skin issues.

SVVSD Starting Construction on New Building for Mead Elementary
St. Vrain Valley School District’s original plan was to replace the aging Mead Elementary School building in pieces over time, starting by replacing a classroom addition with a wood floor in need of repair. But with other capital construction projects included the district’s $260 million bond issue package going smoothly, there was enough money available from unused contingency funds and bond sale premiums to bump up the school’s $8 million renovation budget to the $24 million needed to rebuild the entire school.
